The staff, especially Raja, was so incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The cookies were a nice touch as well.

We liked being away from Napa, but as out-of-towners, we were not prepared for the almost dismal area, it was located. Town name false. Fast Highway, broken down lots...Thank goodness for a newer Safeway down the street and found a burger bar and Starbucks in the morning. Just seemed bleak. NO services in hotel; no coffee in lobby, no cafe, etc. Forced to use car for anything. We have stayed in 15 states and 25 hotels...MOST have found a way to make-up for lack of services due to Covid. A few, like this one, have made zero effort. (To go bags Breakfast items; coffee in lobby; mini buffets served by one or two employees behind plastic barriers, serving real eggs, bacon, biscuits. etc) So, Doubletree, who could set the new "covid" standard, clearly failed, with a "no, Im Sorry". yeah right.

Easy location close to I-29. The gentleman in maintenance helped us to our room and then changed the air filters to enhance air flow. He was very attentive. Front desk team are quite friendly and respectful. The warm cookies were a nice treat.

the bed was very comfortable and room was extremely clean and well thought out!
